Who we are

Venelas is a service operated by Opaige Inc. We are a private company. We are not a government agency, we are not affiliated with any government, and we have no role in deciding whether a travel authorisation is granted.

What we do

We prepare your application for an electronic travel authorisation, check it for errors and inconsistencies, submit it to the destination's authorities, and pass their answer back to you.

We do not decide the outcome. The destination decides. We cannot appeal, reverse or accelerate that decision.

What you agree to

• The information you give us is true, complete and matches your passport.
• You are applying for yourself, or you have the authority of the person you are applying for.
• You will not use the service to make a false or fraudulent application.

Giving false information to an immigration authority is an offence in most countries. If we find an application to be knowingly false we will stop work on it and we will not refund the fee.

Fees

Two amounts are shown to you before you pay: our fee, and the destination's own government fee. Both are shown in full before you are asked for a card. No amount is added after that point.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the guarantee, which forms part of these terms.
