The Venelas fee
What we charge, per applicant. It is $9 for an ETA, ESTA or ETIAS and $14 for an eVisa.
This is the money the guarantee returns.

All three cover the Venelas fee, which is what we charge to prepare, check and submit your application. None of them covers the government fee.

Approved, or your fee back
The one that matters most, and the one competitors hedge.
If the destination refuses your authorisation, we return your Venelas fee in full, to the card or account you paid from.
- Whatever the reason for refusal, including reasons that are nothing to do with us

- We do not offer credit instead of money
- It does not cover the government fee, or an application you cancel yourself after we have submitted it

On time, or your fee back
Bounded honestly, because no service controls a government's queue.
Each destination publishes its own decision time, and that time is shown to you before you pay. If your decision arrives later than that window because of something we did, we return your Venelas fee.
We are honest about the limit. If the destination itself is slow, we cannot control that and no service can. In that case the delay is not ours and the fee stands, but we will tell you plainly what has happened rather than go quiet.

Seventy per cent under the cheapest
A rule we hold ourselves to, not a promotion that expires.
Our fee is set at no more than thirty per cent of the lowest service fee charged by iVisa, VisaHQ or Atlys for the same authorisation, checked per destination.
If you find any of them charging less than we do for the same authorisation on the same day, send us the page. We refund you the difference and reprice.

How a refund is paid
Back the way it came, and trackable in your account.
Refunds go back to the same card or account you paid from. We do not pay refunds as credit, vouchers or wallet balance.
Every request is tied to one payment and shows its own tracker: requested, in review, approved, disbursed. If it is declined you can appeal it and we look again.
We send your refund within 3 business days of it being due. Your bank may take up to 10 business days more to show it.
What we never promise.
Said plainly here, because a guarantee that hides its limits is not a guarantee.
- That your application will be approved. The destination decides. We have no influence over that and neither does any other service.
- That a decision can be made faster. Published times belong to the destination, and nobody can shorten them.
- That you will be allowed to enter. An authorisation permits travel. The officer at the border decides on entry.
Venelas is a private company owned by Opaige Inc. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any government. You can always apply directly with the destination, and every official site is linked on the destinations page.
